Kordia was facing the challenge of their server instances of Atlassian Products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence) reaching end-of-life, with an already expired maintenance solution. After initial exploration, testing and resolving immediate issues of an in-house migration, Kordia decided to approach an Atlassian partner to take on further technical analysis and finalise the technical outputs to ensure the successful migration from server to cloud, with an additional set up SSO from LDAP.
